Our RMC plants are heavily build and can operate under rough conditions. In our Stationary Ready Mix Concrete plants, the aggregates are stored in horizontal bins. The conveyor belt runs below the bins and the aggregate are discharged onto the weighing belt. In the stationary concrete mix plant, pneumatically operated gates are provided for discharge of the aggregate on to the belt. The material is all weighed accurately and transferred to the retention hoppers through conveyor belts. There are retention hoppers to hold a batch prior for mixing.

Stationary ready mix batch plant is available in capacities of 30 m3/hr., 45 m3/hr., 60 m3/hr., 90 m3/hr. and 120 m3/hr. and it comes with a heavy chassis fitted with suitable twin shaft mixer unit. Aggregate Feeder:

In our Atlas ready mix concrete plant, all the feeder bins are provided with gates that operate pneumatically.

The gates are radial type for coarse/ fine discharge.

Sand bin is also provided with discharge.

Aggregate from the gathering is transferred to the conveyor belt into the retention hopper.

In Atlas Industries Concrete Batch Plant, aggregates from the feeder are discharged into gathering conveyor which is suspended on 4 load cells.

The gathering conveyor discharges the mix on to the slinger conveyor as soon as the desired recipe accumulates.

Both the gathering conveyor and slinger conveyor are provided with idler rollers and return rollers.

Weighing System:

The material enters into the weighing hopper which is mounted on 3 load cells and is provided with butterfly valve for discharge. In the concrete mix plant, cement weighing hopper of capacity 500 kg is provided with pneumatic vibrator and two inlets for two screw conveyors.

The water tank is supported on load cells and it has gate with rubber gasket at the bottom.

Additives comprise of admixture flask of capacity 10 liters with feeding pump.

The required quantity of cement is fed from SILO to the cement weighing hopper.

A storage hopper for temporary storage of aggregates is provided, this is equipped with a vibrator and it is utilized for holding the batch of 4 aggregates before feeding into the mixture.

Mixing Devices:

Twin shaft type mixing unit is the main component of the Concrete Batch Mix Plant. These dual shaft mixers manufactured by ATLAS ensure proper mixing and maximum output.

Our Twin shaft Mixture comes in various capacities and is fixed on the basic structure of the plant. Mixer shell is reinforced with replaceable high wear resistance NI hard liners. The aggregates, cement, water ad additives are discharged to the Pan Mixer for homogenous mixing.

It is only after proper and homogenous mixing the batch is ready to be discharged by hydraulic system located beneath the pan mixer.

Control Panel:

Fully computerized cabin with or without SCADA based controller can be supplied with concrete batching plants manufactured by ATLAS.

The software used is very user friendly and ensures top notch performance.

Also available is a proxy switch for each control panel. There is a complete display of the entire process of control parameters. There is also provision for printing entire data like-Mix Proportion, Batch Weigh, Total No. of Batches, Sub Total, Gross Total, etc.

Preset batch controls the number of batches for Transit Mixer.

Also available Auto and manual control with the batch mix plants.
